Richard "Coach Rick" Forbrich has been in the mortgage industry for 20 years. He started as an originator and quickly moved to Branch manager. He can still remember his first ever closing: "Mr. and Mrs. Ortiz, and how as we carried her in her wheelchair up the stairs into her very first home for the very first time she started crying tears of joy. My wife was with me that day and she had been skeptical if I should be working in this industry with a 2-year-old and an infant to feed, but after Mrs. Ortiz told her the story of how I helped her realize the dream of homeownership, on the ride home my wife was in tears and told me 'you are right where you are meant to be' and to never stop helping people."

Rich has been a Mortgage Professional for nearly two decades. During that time, he experienced a wide array of lending scenarios and loan programs. His passion is simple, helping people, which has inspired Rich to earn the certification of Customer Experience Officer from The DiJulius Academy. Rich is an avid husband, father, and fisherman. He and his wife have two children and live in Bel Air, MD.

Nick grew up in Augusta, GA before attending Georgia Southern University where he obtained a BBA in Finance. He has grown within the company as first an LO, then a sales manager, and now a VP running the Equity Prime Mortgage Buckhead office. Nick says, “Over the last 15 years I have been responsible for funding billions of dollars in loan volume, closing well over 6,000 transactions, as well as providing guidance and advice to tens of thousands of applicants.”
